RETURNS/EXCHANGE POLICY

At BW Sportswear, we are committed to providing you with the best shopping experience possible. Below is our RETURNS/EXCHANGE POLICY:

  • PRODUCT(S) MUST BE RETURNED FOR EXCHANGE WITHIN 30 DAYS OF RECEIVING YOUR ORDER. FREE EXCHANGE FOR 30 DAYS.

  • Product(s) must be unworn and unwashed with all tags still attached and in their original packaging.

  • ACCESSORIES, UNDERWEAR, SOCKS, AND NECK WARMERS CANNOT BE RETURNED OR EXCHANGED.

  • Item(s) to be exchanged must be sealed with their original packaging and tags on. Returned merchandise that does not satisfy these requirements may not qualify for an exchange.

  • Orders placed separately cannot be returned as one.

  • EXCHANGES ARE FREE FOR ONE TIME ONLY WITHIN 3 DAYS OF RECEIVING THE ORDER, including pre-orders. Additional exchanges will be charged with the standard shipping rates. Given our policy of free shipping on all orders, this applies to subsequent exchanges as well.

  • If you don’t want to exchange the returned item(s), you will be issued store credit with the amount of the returned item(s). Store credit will be valid for 6 months from the date of the return. We do not issue cash payments for returned items.

  • You can exchange the returned item(s) for the same item(s) of a different size or any other item(s) available at BW Sportswear. If you choose item(s) that have a lower value, store credit will be issued with the difference. If you choose item(s) that have a higher value, you shall pay the difference upon delivery. Store credit will not be issued until the return process is complete and a quality check is done on the returned items.

  • Orders placed during discount campaigns cannot be exchanged for another item(s) on the same discount, you can only exchange for a different size.

In case you receive a faulty item, we are sorry to hear that. Please send us the following information:

  • Order number.
  • Item name and description.
  • Photos that show the fault as clearly as possible with BW Sportswear logo visible.

WE DO NOT OFFER ANY KIND OF REFUNDS IN CASH OR BY ANY OTHER PAYMENT METHODS.
